The short answer is yes. I managed 30 minutes in a squat on every day except day 14. That was the day my son (and third child) was born so I think I can justifiably forgive myself.
What did I get out of it? Well, perhaps unsurprisingly I got better at squatting which has carried over nicely to the weighted squats I’m doing now.
I guess the lesson is that if you want to get better at something then do it a lot, as in every day. You get better and that better seems to stick around.
