Good workout tonight. The weight increase in chins and extra volume in HeSPU both felt great. I’ll boost chin weight again next week and increase HeSPU difficulty.
These workouts feel less complex than the ones before my injury. I’m doing more of a few basics with a few added extras. Before I was rushing around doing loads of different exercises, trying to make all of them the most important. This way is better.
L-sit – 2 x 12sec
Tuck planche – 4 x 5sec
Chin up – BW x 4, 9kg x 4,4,4,4,4
HeSPU (partial – 6cm) – 8 x 3
Plate curl, 8kg – 2 x 6R/6L, 2 x 5R/5L
Cranks (tucked) – 2 x 5
