Pistols, rings and bits & bobs

I didn’t make it to climbing tonight so did this quick workout in instead.

I got in a few sets of one arm push ups during the day today so left the upper body pushing exercises put of this workout.

Everything is coming on nicely. A few pistol reps were well below parallel today.

The workout:

Joint mobility warm up

Pistols (partial ROM, 6kg counter weight) – 2 x 3R/3L

Ring routine (pulling*) – 1,1,1
Ring l-sit – 3 x 10sec

Superset:
One leg hip thrust – 3 x 10R/10L
False grip ring row – 3 x 6

8kg powerclub shield cast – 3 x 10R/10L

Back bridge – 3 x 20sec
