Joint mobility/body flow warm up

HS practice – 8mins
Ring routine – 1,1,1

Card tearing – 2 x 23 1/4d

Kettlebell timed set:
16kg snatch – 4mins, 30sR/30sL, 15RPM = 30R/30L (960kg)
1mins rest
16kg snatch – 4mins, 30sR/30sL, 15RPM = 30R/30L (960kg)
2mins rest
20kg swing/jerk – 6mins, 30sR/30sL, 32RPM/12RPM = 48R/48L/18R/18L (2,640kg)
2min rest
16kg push press – 5mins, 30sR/30sL, 12RPM = 30R/30L (960kg)

Time = 24mins (5,520kg)

Most of this workout was great. I got some solid 6 second handstand holds away from the wall, my card tearing felt strong and the kettlebell volume was good.

Then right near the end I tore a massive callus on my left hand. It’s going to get in the way of both snatching and handstands – very bloody annoying.
