Back at the snatches tonight. They felt good, it’s a fun lift.

L-sit/tuck planche/press to shoulder stand – 1,1,1,1,1

16kg KB snatch – 5mins, 15RPM, switch every 10 reps, 2 rounds, 2min rest – 35L/35R, 35R/30L
20kg KB OA swing – 20R/20L,15R/15L,10R/10L

DB front lever, 6kg – 8R/8L,8R/6L
DB back lever, 3.5kg – 6R/6L,6R/6L
DB side lever, 3kg – 6R/6L,6R/6L
