Plate curl, 7kg – 3 x 8R/8L
Two hand pinch, 34.5kg – 4 x 10sec

Good progress again tonight. The weighted chins and pinch lift got difficult tonight, the weights still went up though.

On the flip side the plate curls felt much better. I’ve struggled the last few weeks but a slight change in technique and the were much stronger. Instead of focusing on the wrist I curled from my fingers – it made a massive difference.
