Two days of snatching

My hand has healed up so cracked on with some leisurely snatching last night:

16kg KB snatch – 6 x 10R/10L

They felt really good so I gave a timed set a go this evening:

16kg KB snatch – 4mins = 26L/28R

It it got very hard past the 15-18 mark on each hand, I think need to carry on building up volume before continuing with long sets.

I followed that with two rounds of this powerclub circuit:

8kg shield cast 1minR/1minL
8kg shoulder cast 1minR/1minL
16kg KB H2H swing – 1min
1min rest

And then some mills to finish:

6kg mills – 50R/50L
