Prasara yoga – wind-ocean x 1 each way

I’ve been plugging away at the HeSPU and swings for a while now and am starting to hit a wall. My shoulders are complaining a bit from the pressing and my swing progress is going backwards. All signs that it’s time for a bit of a change. Continuing with the same thing will probably just lead to injury.
