Joint mobility
16kg KB OA swing – 15L/15R
16kg KB snatch – 15,15,10,10 L/R = 8:07
16kg OA jerk – 15,15,10,10 L/R = about 13mins (forgot to set the timer)

Prasara yoga – wind-ocean flows x 2 each way

Horrible night tonight. I didn’t feel right before I picked up the kettlebell and it showed. My technique was poor.

The yoga cool down was great though. Wind and ocean flows link together nicely to make one long flow.
