Prasara – seesaw flow x 4 Even though there are only 10 less reps in the scheme I used today than in 5×10 it felt so much easier. The descending reps help out a lot. My left side felt almost as good as my right today. A few more weeks of this and I’ll start using longer GS style timed sets.
