Wind flow – beginner session 1
Seesaw flow x 2

6kg powerclub – 50R/50L

I’m kicking off the training sessions for the next flow. It really opens up the hips and back nicely. Seesaw is great for core and pressing strength and was a nice way to finish the practice.

I haven’t picked up my clubs in a while and felt in the mood. The mill is by far my favourite move with the club, it hits the shoulders from so many angles. These were done at a leisurely pace and felt goood!

A great way to end a Sunday.
