28/5/10 – back on the trail

I went for another run on Friday in my minimal running shoes. I felt much less tension in my calves this week. I focused more on relaxing my lower body, especially my feet and the tension melted away. I can only guess that being slightly apprehensive made me tense up my feet before impact last week.

I was out for about 25 minutes but could have gone for more. I’m very conscious of letting my feet gradually get used to less protection when running.
