L-sit – 3 x 15sec
Headstand 3 x 30sec
Back lever (extended tuck) – 4 x 10sec
Partial HeSPU (2.5cm) – 2,2,2
16kg KB snatch – 5R/5L
24kg KB swing – 15mins, 7mins@20TOM, 8mins@15TOM = 260

I supersetted the l-sits and headstands to start to save a bit of time, there’s quite a bit to get done in this workout.

The swings were good tonight, doing the snatches just beforehand was a good idea. That’s the most I’ve ever done with the 24kg, 300 in 15mins is very close.
