16/5/10 – Prasara Yoga

I finished the training sequence for the beginner version of the Seesaw flow this evening. I wanted to learn this one first as it has some great asanas for strengthening the core and pressing muscles.

Each flow four sessions designed to teach you the postures and movements between them. I did the first three on Monday, Tuesday and Friday. I’ll now integrate the Seesaw flow into my Friday workouts and start learning the next one.

I’m completely sold on this form of exercise. It’s challenging but not wipe you out hard and I feel pretty damn good afterwards.
