5/5/10 – getting busy with rings & bells

Joint mobility
16kg KB snatch – 5R/5L

Ring series – 1,1,1
Ring dip – 5,5,5

OALCCJ – 16kg 5R/5L, 24kg 5R/5L, 5L/5R,5L/5R
40kg KB front squat – 4,4
5kg plate curl – 12R/12L,12R/12L

I added tucked front lever pull ups and inverted rows into the ring series. Each set of dips was done after a run through the series.

The long cycle felt good again. The 24kg is popping up nicely.
