2/5/10 – met con Sunday

I shifted this session from Monday as the weather was rubbish and I’m not working tomorrow (love bank holidays!).

I played with some l-sit this morning – 5 x 12sec

And then got down to business this afternoon. The powerclub was my weapon of choice for the circuit this week.

Joint mobility
24kg KB round the body pass – 20R/20L
Handstand practice – 8mins
Adv tuck back lever – 6 x 10sec
40kg KB deadlift – 2 x 5

Swipe – 25R/25L
Hammer swing – 25R/25L
Mill – 25R/25L
3 rounds completed in 17:29

That’s a lot of reps. I need a heavier club.
