6kg club gamma cast – 10,10
HeSPU – 1,1
16kg KB press – 3 x 5R/5L
24kg KB swing – 10 mins, 20 TOM = 200 I wasn’t feeling the love for the headstand push ups today but really felt like pressing something so switched to kettlebells. As long as there’s some kind of resistance it doesn’t matter if it’s bodyweight, kettlebells, a barbell or whatever it’ll all get you were you want go eventually. There’s no point forcing it of it doesn’t fit that day though. I’m looking forward to a much needed rest week, although the chances of me getting through the whole week without exercising is pretty slim. I have packed the gymboss after all.
