16kg KB OA swing – 10L/10R
24kg KB OA swing – 8L/8R
16kg KB snatch – 5,6,7,8,9,10,9,8,7,6,5 = 80L/80R
I went up and down this pyramid doing each set of reps on my left side followed by my right. Rest was kept to a minimum to get lots of snatches in not much time.
These short workouts are ace but I do miss my gymnastic rings. I’m holiday next week and will get back to it properly afterwards.
