9/4/10 – short & to the point

I’ve been low on time and energy this week so have been squeezing quick workouts in as soon as I get home from work. Not having much time isn’t an excuse not to train, you just need to adapt and make the best of the time you have. This was less than 30 minutes all in.

Joint mobility
16kg KB goblet squat – 5
16kg KB halo – 5R/5L
16kg KB windmill – 3R/3L

24kg KB OA swing – 3 x 10L/10R
24kg KB OA jerk – 7 x 3L/3R
6kg club shield cast – 2 x 20R/20L
