Joint mobility
16kg high pull/snatch – 5R/5L
16kg snatch – 2 x 5R/5L
Headstand – 26, 60 sec
Handstand practice
Adv tuck FL – 20,20,20 sec

Circuit
16kg KB Bulgarian split squat – 15,10,5
Ring dip – 12,8,4
Ring row – 12,8,4

More on a met con vibe today after my warm up and skill work. An upper body push, an upper body pull and a compound leg movement is all you need really, the circuit was all done with minimal rest. My snatches felt solid today. I think my problem was not snapping my hips enough (and using too much arm strength on the process), they were flying up today though.
