7/2/10 – rings & swings

5 mins handstand practice

Basic ring series – 1,1,1,1

Ring dips (10 sec hold after last rep) – 5,5,5,5,5

24kg KB swings – 10 mins, 18 TOM = 180

Great session this afternoon.

I haven’t been able to make it to bjj as often as I would want to so made the decision to take an official break from it rather than put in a half arsed effort. It must have lit a fire under me as I did more work in everything than I have done previously.
