5 mins handstand practice

Basic ring series – 1,1,1
Ring dips (10 sec hold after last rep) – 5,5,5,5

24kg KB OAJ – 3 x 5R/5L

I managed to hold a freestanding hand stand off of the wall for 5 seconds and the ring series felt really solid. I didn’t have enough time to fit in my usual swings because the phone rang so did a few jerks with the 24kg to finish.
