13/1/10 – bodyweight & bells

I had my first early morning of the working year yesterday (the 5:15am alarm was not welcome) so took it fairly easy last night.

This is the last week in a six week cycle. As of next week I’ll adjust the amounts of time I’m doing the static holds for and begin the quest for a HeSPU in ernest.

5 mins handstand practice
Frog planche – 60 sec (15,15,15)
Adv tuck front laver – 60 sec (12,12,12,12)

Circuit (four rounds)
Push up – 10,10,10,10
Pull up – 5,5,5,5
