I had a good kettlebell session last night. I’m really loving the longer time sets, they are enabling me to do a huge amount of reps in a short amount of time and I’m not even doing them at a very fast pace. When the jerks are up to 15RPM and snatches 18RPM I’ll be getting a massive amount of work done.
16kg OA swing – 20L/20R = 40
16 kg OAJ – 2 x 4 mins @ 10RPM (switch @ 2mins) = 80
16kg snatch – 6 mins @ 12RPM (switch @ 1 min) = 72
24kg OA swing – 2 x 10L/10R = 40
