Good static workout tonight. I hit 30 sec for each set of the tuck front lever for the first time, I'll try for the same again next week to test it wasn't fluke and then move onto the advanced tuck lever.

Circuit 1 (three rounds)
Frog planche – 32(13/18)/24(12/12)/20(12/8) sec
Tuck front lever – 30/30/30 sec

Circuit 2 (three rounds)
Wall assisted handstand 50/50/48 sec
L-seat – 20/20/20 sec
Wrestlers bridge – 50/50/50 sec
