Statics – good progress this week

It's been a bit of a manic week, I finally finished jury service on Thursday. I took a bit of a detour from my set routine and mostly focused on statics this week to keep the workouts short. I've seen some good progress, everything feels strong, especially the front lever.

Tuesday – 3/11/09 – statics

Circuit 1 (three rounds)
Frog planche – 21(8/13)/26(12/14)/26(16/10) sec
Tuck front lever – 25/22/30 sec

Circuit 2 (three rounds)
Wall assisted handstand 45/45/45 sec
L-seat – 20/20/20 sec
Kneel back – 60/60/60 sec

Finished with 16kg KB snatch – 6 mins, 10 TOM (alt arms each minute) = 60

Wednesday – 4/11/09 – quick statics

Frog planche – 60 sec (10-16 sec sections)
Tuck front lever – 60 sec (35,25 sec)
Wall walk x 3

Friday – 6/11/09 – static/dynamic mix

Frog planche – 60 sec (10-18 sec sections)
Tuck front lever – 60 sec (40,20 sec)

Circuit (four rounds)
Assisted pistol (r,l) – 3,3,3,3
Chair dips – 8,8,8,8
Wall walk – 3,3,3,3
