Enter the 24

I have treated myself to a 24kg kettlebell. It's ace. I've going to use it for swings while I work through my cleans & press. My hand was still a bit mashed up from my over excited snatch workout the other day so I had to drop the cleans yesterday on my medium day.

16kg Military press & pull up ladders 1,2,3,4 x 5 = 50/50/50

24kg swings 10 mins, 10 @ top of the minute = 100

The 24kg feels great, my legs were aching something awful this morning!
